How secure is my personal information?
  • Perfect Mother Products adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information.
    Your credit card information is encrypted using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, and is not subsequently stored after your order is completed.

What information do you need from me to process my order as fast as possible?
  • In order to process your order quickly, we need the following details from you:

    • Your shipping / pickup information.
    • Your payment details.
What is the average amount of time it takes to respond to a customer’s inquiry?
  • Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so we ensure all communications will be responded to within 24-48 business hours.

Is it mandatory to register before placing an order?
  • You can place your order by just providing us with your email address or mobile. However, it is recommended that you register with us in order to receive timely offers and also to maintain your Wishlist and account & address details.

How are the products packaged?
  • Each of the individual products are securely packaged in bubble wrap and put into a box. The box is sealed well ensuring a safe delivery to your doorstep. 

Are there any other hidden charges?
  • No. There are no hidden charges in any of our products.

Do you'll deliver products outside India?
  • We do not ship products outside India but the site is accessible to all and we do take orders from around the world provided the shipping address is in India. 

Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?
  • We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. 

What options do I have while making payment?
  • We accept payments by

    • Debit or credit card and also through Net Banking.
    • Cash On Delivery (C-O-D).
How long is the processing timeline?
  • Orders are sent to our fulfillment center immediately after being placed, and are typically prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days.

Is there a tracking number?
  • Tracking information availability is based on destination country and the products ordered,
    and most orders will have a tracking number generated.

How long will it take to receive my orders?
  • For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days after dispatch (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). 

Can I change or cancel my order?
  • If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has been processed.
    Once your order is ready for shipment, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

What is Perfect Mother Products return policy?
  • If for any unforeseen reason you have an issue with an item, please contact us at: contact@perfectmother.com
    and clarify your reason for return.
    At that point we will provide you with a return address, and process the refund once your order is received.

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse.
    Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

I never received my order, what do I do now?
  • If you do not receive your order within 45 days, please contact us at: contact@perfectmother.com.
    We will send you, upon request, an expedited replacement order or issue you a full refund with discount code for future purchase.
